Henderson Real Estate growth continues. For several years the city of Henderson has been in the top 10 cities in the United States for growth. In large part, Henderson Real Estate growth started in the mid 80’s when Henderson was better known as an industrial town located South East of Las Vegas. In the mid 90’s, Del Webb introduced the first substantial age restricted community in Henderson. Then in 1998 Del Webb opened the Anthem master planned community which was almost 5,000 acres. Within the Anthem community was the Sun City Anthem age restricted community which is considered by many to be the most upscale age restricted community in metropolitan Las Vegas.
