Sun City Anthem is the latest full scale age restricted community in metropolitan Las Vegas. Sun City Anthem is located in the City of Henderson in the state of Nevada. Because a percentage of the residents in Sun City Anthem were able to purchase and reside in the community at age 50, the median age of the community is in the low 60’s which isn’t that old today. With over 35 active clubs, two golf courses, fitness centers, tennis courts and swimming pools; Sun City Anthem isn’t a magnet for couch potatoes. No matter what your interests, you will likely find a club, activity or interest group that begs for your involvement. Sun City Anthem is a part of the Anthem master plan which contains many of the retail stores that you want close for your daily needs yet is close enough to the regional malls that you can be shopping in Nordstrom’s in less than ½ an hour.
Because I helped open the Sun City Anthem community in the late 90’s and I was the first person to place an order for a home in Sun City Anthem, I can talk with you first hand about the advantages an age restricted community can offer you.
